Design and Transition from CAD to Part

A process flow for the design and fabrication of components and systems is proposed.
There are two different sets of tasks to be done in the transit from concept to part. The first one is performed in a virtual environment and the second one in the physical world.

Both sets are discussed in detail in “Study of 3-D Printed Conical Inductors for Broadband RF Applications”.
